Sr. Principal Statistician (Non-Clinical)

for a major pharma company engaged in the research, development and marketing of pharmaceuticals, consumer and vaccine products; located in NY state.

Will provide statistical consulting for process improvement in manufacturing and laboratory testing for marketed products.

Plans and develops statistical designs and analyses concerned with stability data, formulation research, assay development, process validation and vendor qualification studies.

Requires M.S. or Ph.D. in biostatistics/statistics along with a knowledge of the theory and techniques of applied statistical methods.

Experience in the application of statistics concerned with experimental design, linear models, correlation analysis and categorical data analysis.

Must have strong computer skills including knowledge of statistical software such as SAS, SPLUS, etc.

Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation: $100K range + bonus + stock and full relocation assistance.
